Director of Occupancy

  Ms. Rodgers, is the Director of Occupancy and is responsible for managing the overall Occupancy function ensuring that wait list policies and procedures are transparent and in compliance with HUD and NHA rules and regulations. Ms. Rodgers is a product of public housing. She attended the College of St. Elizabeth and majored in Communications. She has eighteen years of experience as a housing Professional working in Occupancy, Operations and the Executive Office. She is apt in managing multiple projects, providing excellent customer service, managing office operations for effectiveness and efficiency and she has a strong aptitude for statistical analysis, policy and reporting. It is important to Ms. Rodgers to aid families with affordable housing and more importantly to assist them in becoming self-sufficient.
