Online Application Requirement for Low-Income Public Housing Waitlists Effective October 22, 2025
The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) announces that, effective October 22, 2025, all applicants seeking placement on the Low-Income Public Housing (LIPH) waitlists for disabled individuals, elderly (age 62 and older), and near-elderly applicants (ages 50–61) in the developments listed below must submit their applications online via the NHA Portal:
