Newark Housing Authority Office Closure:

In observance of Labor Day, all Newark Housing Authority offices will close early today, Friday, August 29, at 2:00 PM, and will remain closed on Monday, September 1.

Normal business operations will resume on Tuesday, September 2.

Public Hearing Notice: NHA invites residents to comment on the Draft Tenant Selection Plan (TSP) for RAD-converted properties. The hearing will be held on September 4, 2025, at 5:00 PM at NHA’s main office. The TSP is available for review through September 5, 2025 at https://newarkha.org/Media/News/ArtMID/4130/ArticleID/170. Submit comments by email (tsp@newarkha.org), mail (500 Broad St. c/o CRPT), or in person.
