Affordable Housing Opportunity in Newark, NJ

Apply Now for Newly Constructed Two-Family Homes

The Urban League of Essex County Opportunity Corporation (ULECOC) is offering income-eligible families the chance to purchase one of eight newly constructed two-family homes in Newark, NJ. These homes, priced between $142,500 and $190,000, are located on Camden Street and Fairmount Avenue. Applications must be submitted by August 30, 2024, including attendance at an informational session, financial literacy workshop, and an 8-hour HUD-approved homebuyers' education workshop. A randomized selection process for qualified applicants will occur on September 16, 2024. Mandatory informational sessions are scheduled for August 1st and August 15th.
